About the Artist

Hi there! I’m Renée Salvat, the artist behind the stationery and illustrated goods that make Salty Kai. I draw my inspiration from nature and the sea, especially since I grew up and live on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

In the fall of 2016 my husband (boyfriend at the time) encouraged me to start selling my artwork at craft shows and markets. That time of selling my work will forever be a treasured memory because it gave me the confidence to do everything I’m doing now!
