1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Stripe as our method of payment. You can use your PayPal account for fast checkout. Or if you prefer to use your card, then enter your card details upon checkout. Stripes accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many others.
2. Where do you ship?
We are pleased to say that we ship nationally as well as internationally! We only ship Monday thru Friday. If you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, it should ship out on Monday.
U.S. Orders are processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. From there it takes an average of 3-5 days to reach your mailbox, depending on your location.
International Orders are also processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. From there it can take up to 1 month to reach your mailbox, depending on your location. We are not responsible for any customs tax due upon the arrival of your purchase. Please note that we will not process refunds for packages that are returned to us due to missed delivery.
3. Do you collect sales tax?
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders placed inside the state of Florida.
4. My item arrived damaged.
We package all of our orders carefully and safely. However, once it leaves our hands their is no guarantee that they will be treated with the same care. If your order arrives to you damaged, then please send 3-4 photos of the box and damaged items to email@example.com. We will arrange for you to receive replacement items.
5. Let’s talk refunds.
Orders may be returned within 7 days of receiving for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable). Funds can take up up to 5-7 business days to transfer back into your account depending on your bank. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to process a return.
For our international customers, please note that we will not process refunds for packages that are returned to us due to missed delivery.
6. Your images are rad, can I use them for my blog/website?
While we are happy to hear that you love our work, all artwork, designs, and photographs are copyright of Salty Kai. Please contact us at email@example.com for permission to use any of our images for print, web and or other mediums.
