U.S. Ordering Guidelines

What shipping methods are available?

Currently we only offer standard shipping on all of our orders. If you need to expedite your order then please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Shipping timeline

We ship orders Monday thru Friday. If you place your order on a Friday it will be mailed out on Monday. Orders are processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. From there it takes an average of 3-5 days to reach your mailbox depending on your location.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information. From there you’ll be able to see the journey your package goes on before it reaches you!

Methods of payment accepted

We use PayPal and Square as our payment processors. You can use your PayPal account for fast checkout. Or if you prefer to use your card directly, then enter your card details upon checkout. Square accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many others.

Sales tax

We are only required to collect sales tax on all online orders and in-store purchases placed in the state of Florida.

Damaged Items

We package all of our orders carefully and safely. However once it leaves our hands there is no guarantee that it will be treated with the same care. If your order arrives damaged, please send 3-4 photos of the box and items to hello@saltykai.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for you to receive replacement items.

Returns

Orders may be returned within 7 days of receiving for a refund. Once we receive the returned items the charges will be credited to you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Funds can take up up to 5-7 business days to transfer back into your account. Used, open, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. Please contact hello@saltykai.com if you need to process a return.

International Ordering Guidelines

We are pleased to say that we ship internationally! We currently only offer standard shipping on international orders.

Shipping timeline

We ship orders Monday thru Friday. If you place your order on a Friday it will be mailed out on Monday. Orders are processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. From there it can take up to 1 month to reach your mailbox, depending on your location. We are NOT responsible for any customs tax due upon the arrival of your purchase. Please note that we will not process refunds for packages that are returned to us due to missed delivery.
