U.S. Ordering Guidelines
What shipping methods are available?
Currently we only offer standard shipping on all of our orders. If you need to expedite your order then please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this moment we do not ship internationally. We are currently working on getting better shipping rates and understanding the new VAT laws that have been established.
We ship orders Monday thru Friday. If you place your order on a Friday it will be mailed out on Monday. Orders are processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. From there it takes an average of 3-5 days to reach your mailbox depending on your location.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information. From there you’ll be able to see the journey your package goes on before it reaches you!
Methods of payment accepted
We use PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay as our payment processors. You can use your PayPal account for fast checkout. Or if you prefer to use your card directly, then enter your card details upon checkout. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many others.
We are only required to collect sales tax on all online orders and in-store purchases placed in the state of Florida.
We package all of our orders carefully and safely. However once it leaves our hands there is no guarantee that it will be treated with the same care. If your order arrives damaged, please send 3-4 photos of the box and items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for you to receive replacement items.
Orders may be returned within 7 days of receiving for a refund. Once we receive the returned items the charges will be credited to you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Funds can take up up to 5-7 business days to transfer back into your account. Used, open, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping.
